2025-26 Preschool Screenings - April 7th - April 10th

Oregon CUSD is conducting a free Preschool Screening for all children turning 3 or 4 before September 1st INTERESTED in attending Oregon Elementary Preschool for the 2025-2026 school year. The purpose of the screening is to provide parents with an indicator of their child’s readiness for school and identify children who may benefit from early childhood services. All children must be screened and qualify in order to attend the Oregon Elementary Preschool. In order to be screened, you must bring the following: state issued birth certificate, 2 consecutive pay stubs from one parent, current physical & immunization records and 2 forms of proof of residency (a driver’s license will not be accepted as a form for proof of residency). **If these documents are not brought to the scheduled appointment, your child will not be screened. Call OES at 815/732-5300 to schedule your appointment.
